Ken Hovland

From Alaska to Vietnam and many points in between, Ken Hovland has been building teams and supporting managers for decades. His formal training in management and a life of experience in process implementation makes Ken a valued member of our team. He and wife Thy live in Calgary, Canada and enjoy photography and travel.

"My field work came later in my career. Many of the challenges our clients face have both management and execution elements and I am comfortable in both settings."

Situational leadership, managing change and giving leaders the training and support they require to excel are only part of Ken's skill set. He maintains that spark of contagious enthusiasm we believe is key to success in our profession.
