Paul White

As a Well Site Leader, Paul White has few peers. His abilities to lead a rig team and consistently deliver top performance are proven. Having spent 22 years learning and evaluating, Paul uses High Definition Drilling techniques to enhance his operations. He manages people, supplies and plans to accomplish the client goals of safe, efficient drilling operations in difficult locations.

"My career has taken me through many experiences which prepared me for a supervisory role in drilling operations. I have had the privilege to learn and respect what other cultures bring to the industry."

No stranger to oil and gas, Paul has worked in Canada, Alaska, Indonesia and the Gulf of Mexico. He has been a team member with Burlington Resources, BP America and Precision Drilling. We depend on his expertise in top drives, drilling methods, H2S procedures and how best to develop rig based teams.
